Jim Fraser started what is today USPE Rental in the spring of 1968 as a full service rental center with the single minded goal of delivering way more than our customers expect. Whether selling construction equipment and machines, renting construction or party and event equipment, or renting moving trucks and landscaping tools, USPE Rental succeeded in growing year after year and has been a fixture in the Minneapolis/St. Paul business scene for 40 years.
