Description: We have gained experience in all types of threading, including: Id/Od, API (8-12),
Acme (2&3 Modified left and right hand), Stub Acme (8-16 left and right hand) and Buttress varying pitch left and
right hand). We have vast experience in materials such as: Steel alloys ( 4130-4140 heat treated up to 60 Rc),
Aluminum alloys, Exotic alloys ( Inconel, Hastalloy, Waspalloy), Stainless Steels ( 303, 304, 316, 416,)
and Titanium. We are looking for the right opportunity to diversify. Our capabilities range from 1-2 piece orders to
production. Lead times for standard production run is two weeks minimum, with prototype and small quantity
being one week or less. We pride ourselves on being an on time and high quality machine shop. We hope
that we can be of service to you.
We established Atlas Precision Machining in early 2000 as a father and son business.
We have had combined 35 years experience in machining. During that time we have worked in the Aerospace,
Defense, Oilfield (in ground and deep sea), Crane industries; special projects such as under water propulsion
for deep sea exploration.
