Description: New Sea Union Telecom Development Co., Ltd. (NSU) was established with an investment
of 53.1 million RMB Yuan (approximately US$ 6,622,600.00) by four shareholders, i.e. Shanghai Alliance Investment
Co., Ltd., China United Assets Management Co., Ltd., Suzhou Financial Group of SIP, and NSU.
Since its establishment in early 1997, NSU has been operating diligently and developing in a favoriable way.
Presently the total assets of NSU amount to approximately 400 million RMB yuan, including, an area of 150 Chinese
mu (equivalently 15,000 square meters) of land in the industrial park, with a property of 11 typical buildings of
workshops and approximately 60,000 square meters of modern office building, production base, and a technial
training building, among others. By the end of 2005, the accumulated sales income had reached about one billion
RMB Yuan. The average sales income in the past 4 years has amounted to 150 million RMB yuan annually.
The accumulated taxes paid by NSU has amounted to 130.5 million RMB yuan. NSU has now 450 staff members,
and 50% of them are college or university graduates, many of them are dedicated in researching and developing
new products. Each year over 5% of the annual sales income is invested as fund in researches and developement of
public relations, which enables NSU to have a strong capability of independent development and productivity.
With advanced products and satisfactory after-sale-service, NSU has deveoped a wide market network all over China,
and has taken a considerable market share in China Telecom, China Unicom, China Netcom, China Railcom, and
Communication Network of National Defence. Presently NSU is extending its business into China Broadcast & TV
System, Power Suppliers, etc. NSU's Sheet Metal Manufacture Base, established in 2002, is equipped with
state-of-the-art production plant imported respectively from Switzerland, Finland, Japan, and Italy.
In addition to self production purpose, NSU has, since 2003, been one of the suppliers for NOKIA, and the quantity
of products supplied to NOKIA so far has exceeded a value of 10 million RMB yuan, the quantity of which is
still escalating.
