We have a very professional technical team for mold, craft, cost control, quality control and mechanical treatment. We possess many production equipment such as CNC lathes, engine lathe, punching machine, grinding machine, instrument lather, milling machine, numerical control milling machine, automatic lathe, die casting machine, precise casting, shot-blasting machine threading machine, as well as various test equipment such as pulling force test instrument, spectral analysis, impact test instrument, metallographic analysis. Our advanced equipment allows us to produce quality auto parts, die casting, hardware and other castings. On the production line will take 100% quality test (QA), and then our quality department will do spot check to double check for any defects. Finally, we will provide a quality inspection report (QC) for our customer. For the production plan, we will arrange a key principal for every customer, this ensures precise delivery time.
