Description: Jayna Engineering Works was incorporated in the year 1964 with a vision to be a world leader in
its field. From a humble beginning manufacturing Piston Pins for all applications, the company graduated to the field
of 2/3 wheeler components and today is a world class player with a significant presence in domestic as well as
overseas markets. An extension to our heritage, in year 2002, we started manufacturing Geared Hydraulic pumps
for Heavy Earth Moving Machine's. Since then we have earned goodwill and a reputation for quality and service.
'JAYNA-TERIOT' is an established brand in the market which is ever expanding in the thrust for growth in the
infrastructure segment.
Determination, flexibility and commitments form the pillars of our success, meeting customized requirements is
of paramount importance.
A close check is kept at every stage of manufacturing. From incoming of raw material to dispatch of pumps, a
special emphasis is laid on inspection at every stage to maintain precision and quality. Each and every component
used in assembly of pump is subjected to rigorous quality and performance tests. Specially designed Test Bench
for pumps is practiced to check them for idle and variable throttle pressure positions and determine their efficiency rate.

Our plant has well equipped facilities for designing, verification and manufacturing. The research activity is carried
on CAD/CAM systems. Reverse engineering method is followed to verify the pump design.
Our state of the art machine shop has a series of Kirloskar lathes, Kirloskar boring, Batliboi Radial Drill, HMT
Tool & Cutter Grinder, Asquith Hobbing, Maag Gear Grinder, Supfina Super Finishing Head, Sunnen Lapping
Machine. We also have our own chemical lab to analyze raw materials. Other equipment includes Gear Roll Tester
and Lead and Profile Tester machines, which are used to inspect the ground gears. Rockwell and Brinell Hardness
Testers are used to check hardness of Gears and Castings. Apart from this, we have a number of other machines
to compliment our processing of almost all the components used in our product line. This gives us the capability
to achieve precision in all dimensions and to produce design and quality that meets the high demanding requirements
of the international engineering standards.
