Our group has 25 series of our main leading products such as type J11, J21, J23, JF, JE21, JD21, JZ21, JL21, JK21, JK31, NTP, NCPF, JG, VH, SH, JF 75G, JS, JE25, JE31, Y32, Y27, JE31, JE36, JH31, JH36, JKD36, JKD39, JKD21, JKD31, JKD25, JKD89 which are classified into 160 categories. We can also provide XD001-XD008 special device for wheel rim in complete sets. The products are widely used in the field of aeronautics, automobiles, agricultural machines, electric machines, apparatuses and meters, medical equipments, electrical home appliances and hardware.

Company History:

• 1951 Established the factory with the name of Tongpei iron works, producing railway fittings and mine facilities;
• 1957 Started to produce metal cutting machine tools, such as lathe, planner, milling machine, and grinding machine;
• 1958 Enlarged workshop and establish Xuzhou Metal forming Machine Works, starting to produce air hammer Metal forming equipments;
• 1964 Started to trail-manufacture the first J23-60B model open type presses and produce 10-ton and 16-ton presses in the same year;
• 1966 Produced 160-ton model bottom driving open type presses, developed 100-ton and 250-ton presses in the same year;
• 1968 The three products of J23-100A model presses, XD-001 cutting machines, XD-002 convolution passed checkup and plunged into batch production;
• 1970 JA11-250 model and 250-ton single-pole fixed laptop presses passed checkup and plunged into batch production;
• 1971 400-ton press, end-milling machine, C6163 lathe, Y32-2000 type 2000-ton four-pole general hydraulic press and J11-400 type press passed verification and began to make mass production;
• 1972 J87-1000 type metal extrusion machine and J25-250 type two-pole presses passed national checkup;
• 1976 Press photoelectric protector was developed and produced by Jinan metalforming research constitution and our factory together, passed the national verification;
• 1978 JD36-800, JA36-360 H type double-point presses passed national verification. Metalforming industry quality verification group of first machine part made a quality examination to J23-10B press which was appraised as the first rate product and was fit to the export standard;
• 1980 Our presses registered the brand "HUANQIU" at Xuzhou industry and business management bureau;
• 1988 Became the class-two national enterprises;
• 1994 Introduced and applied the CAD system completely;
• 2000 On September, HUANGQIU brand was appraised as the first session famous brand in Xuzhou, HUANGQIU brand press won the title "famous brand in Jiangsu Province" for five successive years;
• 2001 On May 14, passed the ISO9001-94 Quality System Certificate;
• 2002 On March, succeeded in developing VH-45 model press, which frequency is more than 600 rpm, achieved the advanced world standard and attained the good market potential;
• 2004 On December, The HuanQiu brand press was awarded for Jiangsu Famous Trademark Product by Jiangsu Famous Trademark Strategy Association. Therefore HUANGQIU brand press won the title "famous brand in Jiangsu Province" for eight successive years.
• 2005 On March, the technological transformation project of the high speed numerical control press, passed the examination and was selected in the list of advanced enterprises with excellent achievement in Jiangsu province;
• 2005 On July 21, Xuzhou HuanQiu Metalforming Machine Works co., ltd, which was invested by XuDuan Group, was registered in Tongshan economical developing region;
• 2005 On October 28, our Environment Assurance, Occupational Safety and Health Management System passed the examinations and verifications with two stages of Jiangsu Fangyuan Group. Was appraised as 2005 Jiangsu Quality Credible Enterprise by Quality Technology Supervising Bureau;
• 2006 On June 6, three limited companies including Xuzhou Zhongbao, Jinhong, Xinde, participated in Xuduan Science and Technology Area, corner stone laying ceremony was celebrated in this place;
• 2006 On June 12-16, participated in the seventh China International Machine Exhibition, the exhibited presses were JF75G-125A, VH65, DP63 servo press and SH35 hypervelocity press. JF75G-125A, VH65 were exhibited with the mode of the stator-rotor product line (combined with die, feeder, leveler and material rack), which achieved better effect; both of the DP63 servo press and SH35 hypervelocity press absorbed the attention of the spectator and many company.
• 2006 On June 16, was confirmed as Class AA in strictly abide by contracts and credits by Xuzhou Factory and Business Management Bureau and Xuzhou Enterprise-Credit Management Association.
• 2006 On July 29, won six pieces of Science and Technology Progress Awards issued by Jiangsu Fangyuan Group co., ltd, including two pieces of first grade awards which are the application on numerical designing Technology and JF75G series H type high speed precision presses; one piece of second grade award which is VH model high speed press with open back; three pieces of third grade awards which are JK31 series semi H type high speed press, JE21 series open back press with fixed bed, and the new technical application in vibration stress-releasing.
• 2006 On august 25, was affirmed as Jiangsu High and New Technology Enterprise and the 500 top Machine Manufacture Enterprises of China, and won the Quality Control Award issued by department of Justice.
• 2006 On November 16, five kinds of presses, including DP model servo motor driving precision numerical control press, SH model hypervelocity precision press, JH36 model two points press,VH model high speed press with open back, and JK31 model semi H type high speed press, won Xuzhou High and New Technology Poductions affirmed by Xuzhou Science and Technology Bureau.
• 2006 On November 19, the founding ceremony of Jiangsu Xuzhou Metalforming Machine Group co., ltd was celebrated in Xuzhou Tongshan Economical Development Region.
• 2008 On June 30, approved for a listing on Industrial Leaders.
